Noodles is the top winning bitch in breed history, was the Number One Basset Hound (All Systems) in 2007 & 2008. She won the first Best in Maturity (2006) at the Basset Hound Club of America National Specialty. She was also the top group winning hound in 2008.
Handled at the 2004 BHCA Nationals by Bryan Martin, Noodles finished her championship by going Winners Bitch and Best of Winners. She returned to Topsfield to grow up.
In 2006 Noodles began her specials career under the guidance of Topsfield’s resident handler, Sue Frischmann. Noodles became a multiple group and multiple specialty winning Basset. Among her 2006 wins was her success at the 2006 BHCA Nationals where she was both Best in Maturity and Best of Opposite Sex.
Noodles began the 2007 season with Bryan Martin at the helm, and what a match! Not since the early 1960’s has a Basset Hound BITCH commanded such a ring presence as Ch. Topsfield-Vision Silver Noodles. Ch. The Ring’s Banshee, owned by the late Chris Teeter and shown by the late, great Frank Hardy, set the bar for bitch competition, and Noodles reached and surpassed our hopes. She retired after the Garden in 2009, and now lives with her co-owners, Anne Testoni & Bjorn Zetterlund.

Noodles
at nine months
We are proud to have presented Noodles to the dog fancy. She’s a wonderful example of our breed with a lovely smooth body, beautiful side gait, and correct shoulder and rear angulation, all wrapped up in a lemon and white package.
Noodles and her siblings were bred by Nancy Richmond, Bjorn Zetterlund, Anne Testoni and Lisa Brackett. Bjorn, Nancy and Anne are pictured.
Our thanks to her breeders for this wonderful bitch & our co-owners who are so wonderful to work with.
