Beethoven is a well balanced Basset Hound with exceptional breed type. He’s an agile mover, correct coming and going and has a beautiful side gait. Sanchu and Topsfield Basset Hounds are proud to have presented this wonderful Basset Hound to the fancy.

He was bred by Claudia Orlandi and Co-owned by Claudia and Claire “K” Steidel. Following his retirement, Beethoven moved in with his new family, including his sister Minuet. Beethoven was exclusively handled by Bryan Martin.

Beethoven is the son of CH Topsfield Jingle Bells, ROM and CH Topsfield Orion, ROM. He’s a grandson and half brother to CH Topsfield Bumper Cars, CD, ROM, the Number One All Breed Hound in 2001 and Number One Basset Hound in 2000, 2001 and 2002.

Beethoven’s daughter, Multiple BIS and BISS winning CH Topsfield Vision Silver Noodles, was Winners Bitch and Best of Winners at the 2004 Basset Hound Club of America National Specialty out of the puppy class handled by Bryan Martin.

Noodles was Best of Opposite Sex and Best in Maturity at the 2006 BHCA National Specialty, where she was handled by Sue Frischmann.

Noodles is co-owned by Claudia Orlandi, Claire “Kitty” Steidel, Nancy Richmond, Anne Testoni and Bjorn Zetterlund.

Noodles went on to be the top winning bitch in breed history. She is a wonderful example of our breed. She now lives with her co-owners Anne Testoni & Bjorn Zetterlund.

Beethoven’s brother, Mozart, is pictured going Best in Specialty at the 2004 Pilgrim BHC Specialty (Dec). Mo is handled by Sue Frischmann.
