Ginger was Winners Bitch under breeder/judge Pat Gellerman, and Best of Winners under breeder/judge Bill Russell at the 1999 Basset Hound Club of America National Specialty.
Ginger’s sons, CH Sanchu-Topsfield Go-Cars and CH Topsfield-Sanchu Sports Car, ROM, both went Winners Dog at the BHCA National Specialty. Go-Cars won in 2000 and Sporty won in 2002. They were sired by CH Topsfield Bumper Cars, CD, ROM.
Ginger is pictured above with Breeder/Judge Pat Gellerman, Bryan Martin handling and her owners, Claudia Orlandi and Claire “Kitty” Steidel.
Ginger had proper length of body, great reach and drive, good upper arms and good length of neck.
Her head had proper planes, the correct stop and the soft expression so necessary for this breed.

Ginger is Best of Winners at the 1999 Basset Hound Club of America National Specialty under breeder/judge Bill Russell, handled by Bryan Martin, trophy presented by Gene McDonald.

The first breeding of Ginger by Topsfield and Sanchu resulted in the “Polar Bears.” They were sired by CH Topsfield Bumper Cars, CD, ROM.
Sports Car was the Number One Basset Hound in 2003 and 2004.
Go-Cars was a multiple Best in Specialty and Multiple Group Winning Basset Hound.
